World Wildlife Fund conservationists were delighted to discover a new black rhino calf among a recently relocated black rhino group. Black Rhino Range Expansion Project (BRREP) has been diligently working since 2003 to relocate and bolster the population. Even with BRREP’s interventions, black rhinos are still critically endangered. They are still being illegally hunted.
