Drones can plant 100,000 trees per day. Biocarbon is partnering with Worldview International Foundation (WIF) to restore the mangroves using tree planting drones. The indigenous population works with scientists to ensure the trees grow where they will flourish. Mangroves are necessary to local communities. They foster habitat, absorb carbon, improve air and water quality, protect areas against sea water rise and storm damage. Technology can assist in the preservation, conservation, and restoration of local habitats if deployed consciously.
